The Power of Intention

In this course, "Release, Renew, and Regenerate", we will use the energy and power of the New Year to set and power our deepest intentions with practices to help you let go of negative energy, rejuvenate your mind and body, and create a sense of renewal in your life. Through a combination of letting go, gratitude, positive affirmations, and mindfulness strategies, you will learn how to release emotional baggage, renew your energy, and regenerate your spirit.

This course is about peeling away the blockages and limitations that prevent us from being and living in our highest state. Program is dedicated to setting our deep inner growth as our priority and working to succeed in life as a product of constantly working towards our best Self.

How we will support your commitment:


Ten Live Zoom Check-Ins:

  • Format: A group session for sharing experiences, receiving live feedback, and community building starting in December and working through January and finishing on Feb 1.
  • Benefits: Creates a support system, enhances the sense of community, and provides accountability.

Daily Short Video of Encouragement:

  • Purpose: Begin each day with a motivational video that inspires and guides participants on their letting go journey.
  • Impact: Sets a positive tone for the day, helping participants stay focused and motivated.

Letting Go List:

  • Activity: Participants list things they are ready to release from the past year.
  • Benefits: Encourages reflection and acknowledgment of past pains or hindrances, fostering a sense of relief and readiness for new beginnings.

Daily SMS Affirmations:

  • Activity: Participants are delivered a powerful teaching, helping them to note what they are grateful for and recognize their strengths and long-term mission.
  • Benefits: Builds a positive mindset, which is crucial for mental health and overall well-being.

Weekly Guided Meditations:

  • Purpose: Help participants center themselves and connect deeper with their intentions for letting go.
  • Benefits: Reduces stress, enhances emotional health, and improves focus on resolution goals.
