This is a powerful, highly experiential approach to teaching The Untethered Soul, one that emphasizes application over abstraction. The idea is that students come to the course with specific issue or aspect of themselves that causes suffering and we as a guided cohort work through our point of suffering using the book’s teachings and live workshops to experience real transformation and deep connection to the material.




Overall Structure:

  • Live Zoom Cohort (60 mins/week) – Teaching + coaching + 8 to 12 cohort participants.
  • A workbook to accompany the reading of the Untethered Soul with added detail and exercises
  • Added supplementary online school with extras, practices, and sharing opportunities (Teachable). 
  • Personal Challenge Tracking – A “Freedom Journal” to reflect on their issue each week.
  • Weekly Practice – Core meditations, journaling, micro-moment mindfulness.
  • Guided Meditations and Three-Breath Meditation as anchor practices.
    Sacred Sharing Circle – Voluntary sharing of process and insights along with prompts, affirmations, and journaling questions via WhatsApp.

Week 6 – Facing Pain with Courage: Yoga, Surrender, and Expansion
